NOT only has Cannes Film Festival opened it’s screens this week, Games Frenzy have re-launched a snazzy new website, and Love Film have released their secret ingredients for the ultimate girl’s night in.

Games Frenzy Re-launch!

AFTER a short hiatus out of the limelight, our friends at games rental service Games Frenzy are back with a swish new website.

The new site is easy to use and tastefully designed. What’s more there are now over 2000 games available to rent.

Games Frenzy’s new system will allow them to develop new functionality over the next few weeks and months, and they have promised to keep us updated on any new additions.

Keen games fans may be interested to know that Grand Theft Auto 4 (launched a fortnight ago, and one of the most anticipated games of the year) only entered the XBOX 360 Games Frenzy charts at number 2.

It would appear Games Frenzy’s clientele is not your run of the mill gamer, as Army of Two, (released 2 months ago) is still holding on to the top spot!

However Grand Theft Auto 4 is proving a massive hit with Games Frenzy’s PS3 customers, topping the number one PS3 game list with record figures!

LoveFilm Girl’s Night In

ONLINE DVD rental giant, LoveFilm has teamed up with Nivea Deodorant Double Effect to create the ultimate in girly nights in.

The movie buffs at LoveFilm HQ have put their heads together and created a fantastic list of must see chick flicks.

Pretty Woman, Titanic, Dirty Dancing, and of course Ghost all feature prominently on the list, as well as Bridget Jone’s Diary, The Notebook and Nottinghill.

The good people at Nivea are also giving away a trip to New York and a pair of fantastic Manolo Blahnik shoes; very Carrie Bradshaw! To be in with a chance of winning, simply visit the LoveFilm website!

Easy Cinema; Not Just About The Rentals

STELIOS’ big orange rental machine Easy Cinema is not just a specialist in DVD rental.

As well as now offering blu-ray and HD-DVD rentals, our favourite tangerine DVD rental website also comes up trumps when it comes to the latest movie news, cinema charts and listings.

If you ever fancy a trip to the cinema (maybe for a romantic date or just something to entertain the kids) but are not sure what’s on, the Easy Cinema homepage will answer all your queries in a minute.

As well as finding out who’s top of the charts, you can also find out what time the latest blockbuster is showing at your local cinema.

As if this wasn’t good enough, the helpful folk at Easy Cinema also offer an in-depth review or all the new releases.

You need never waste your money on a bad film again!

Panda Power Launches Cannes

THE 61st annual film festival was launched in Cannes this week, by an army of panda bears!

Jack Black brought the 40 strong platoon of pandas with him to the prestigious film festival to help promote his new movie Kung Fu Panda.

Black caused further mayhem by accidentally confirming the ‘open rumour’ that his co-start Angelina Jolie is expecting twins.

The twelve day long festival will see the premier of the new Indiana Jones flick Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, as well as Blindness and Changeling.
