Games By Post has risen from nowhere to sneak up and deliver an excellent new service to PS2 and Xbox gamers. Boasting a large - and ever growing - catalogue of titles and a site that, well, looks a bit like a dodgy late-nineties PS1 title, Games By Post is well worth considering.

Some reports have focused on Games By Post's poor customer service, but our experience with both their turnaround and customer care was no worse than most other gaming sites (who all could use some jacking up in the service department). They also claim that if you they don't stock a title, they will source it in around 4 days for you.

On the downside, Games By Post don't include manuals with any of the titles, nor links to them, but they do at least point you to some third party sites which do include them.

Games By Post get two-thumbs up for:
The ability to add a minor to the subscription, which means that parents can safely buy this for their kids and hand it over to them safe in the knowledge that they will not be able to rent age restricted games or have access to the payment details.
